Jack is helping out at the clinic. He loves to sit on the chair and let the other patients know that this is a very kind place to be cared for.

Hi, I have a small working recreational dog team in Nome. I am looking for a coupla new dogs. My requirements are friendly, furry and able to go out on overnight mushing trips with us. I am the ‘rescue’ team of Nome because typically dogs that are too slow or too furry or too old or too something work GREAT for us. You can see our team on Nome Kennel club Facebook page – photos- dredge and dogteam with Dibs. Look forward to hearing from you. JB

Hi Janet. I will keep you in mind when looking at dogs. Right now we don’t have a lot of dogs in foster care but this is the time of the year when a lot of people decide to get rid of dogs and drop them off at the pound. Jack won’t ever be able to be a sled dog (he has an old neck injury…) and Grover, Jackson and Messiah are getting up in years. Thanks for getting in touch! I will keep your email address and let you know when dogs come through that I think will work out for you. Carol
