UPDATE: Aliy was FOUND! In Anchorage. Sounds like someone picked her up on CHSR and took her to Anchorage and possibly sold her. Luckily she is chipped and someone turned her into animal control (sporting a new collar and tags!) and they called the Fairbanks owner. Such a miracle. Fie to thieves!
